SUPERVISION OF SAKERNAS AUGUST 2024

Sakernas is currently in the process of collecting data, where previously the updating stage was carried out by the field enumerator (PCL). At the data collection stage, PCL collects data on all sample households in the census blocks in their assigned area.

At this data collection stage, the Supervisor (PML) accompanies PCL when collecting data. This aims to minimize errors that occur during data collection. PML is also obliged to prioritize mentoring first for new PCLs who do not have experience in activities carried out by BPS. This stage must be carried out by PML in all PCLs under it and in every Census Block in its assigned area.

For this reason, PML's role in collecting Sakernas data is very important, to ensure that the quality of the data produced is as expected and can be used as a reference or benchmark for the government in making policies.
