The Kuantan Singingi Regency Central Statistics Agency (BPS) continues to be committed to providing the best service to the community, especially to data users. By providing various adequate facilities, BPS Kuantan Singingi hopes that every data user can access information easily and comfortably.

BPS Kuantan Singingi Regency has provided complete and friendly physical facilities for all groups, including people with disabilities. These facilities include:
1. Entrance and Exit Access: Ensure easy access for all users.
2. Parking Space:
o Covered Parking Lot: To protect vehicles from bad weather.
o Guest Parking: Available exclusively for visiting guests.
o Parking and Wheelchairs for Persons with Disabilities: These facilities are provided so that persons with disabilities can access services comfortably.
3. Parking Card: As a security control and parking convenience.
4. Waiting Room with Complete Facilities:
o Cooling Fan: For visitor comfort.
o Statistical Indicator Infographic: As additional information that visitors can access while waiting.
5. Queue Number: Makes it easier for visitors to know their turn for service.
6. Free Wifi: Supports internet access for visitors.
7. Drinking Water: Provided for visitor convenience.
8. Toilets: Clean and well maintained.
9. Priority Seating: For the elderly, pregnant women and people with disabilities.
10. Prayer room: Comfortable worship facilities for visitors.
11. Lactation Room: For breastfeeding mothers to provide breast milk comfortably.
12. Integrated Statistical Services (PST): For more integrated statistical services.
13. Digital Guest Book: Makes it easy to record visitors in a modern way.

15. Service Suggestion and Feedback Box: To receive input and improve service quality.

Online Based Services

3. Love Statistics Village Information System (SiCantik): A system designed to support statistical data management at the village level, making it easier for villages to access and use statistical data.
