Sakernas Officer Training 2025 - January 17, 2025

Kuantan Singingi – The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Kuantan Singingi Regency officially started online training for officers of the 2025 National Labor Force Survey (Sakernas) on January 17, 2025. This training aims to equip officers with an in-depth understanding of survey methodology, interview techniques, and the use of digital devices in collecting employment data.

The Head of BPS Kuantan Singingi, in his remarks, emphasized the importance of the accuracy of the data collected, considering that Sakernas is the basis for the government in formulating employment policies. With online-based training, it is hoped that all officers can follow the material effectively and improve the quality of the data collected.

This training will last for several days and cover various technical and ethical aspects in conducting the survey. Participants are also given simulation sessions to strengthen their understanding before going into the field. With the start of this training, BPS Kuantan Singingi is optimistic that it can produce accurate and reliable employment data to support regional and national development planning.
