Sakernas Officer Training February 2025 BPS Kuantan Singingi Regency

Head of BPS Kuantan Regency, Ir. Rozalinda ME opened the training for data collection officers for the National Labor Force Survey (Sakernas) February 2025 face-to-face at the Kuantan Teluk Kuantan Hotel, Wednesday (1/22/2025).

The February 2025 Sakernas training was carried out in a hybrid manner or a combination of online training. Starting with independent learning (MOOC) on January 13-15, 2025, then continued with online training via zoom meeting on January 17, 20, and 21, 2025 then face-to-face/offline on January 22, 2025 at the Kuantan Hotel. Rozalinda stated that Sakernas aims to produce employment indicators such as the Labor Force Participation Rate (TPAK), Open Unemployment Rate (TPT), and other employment indicators.

In his direction, he advised Inda that because the current Sakernas material is a lot while the training duration is short, Inda is expected to be able to develop a strategy so that the delivery of the material is effective and efficient to the officers. Furthermore, he advised the officers to seriously study all the Sakernas materials and make the best use of their time to absorb the training materials and have interactive discussions with Inda effectively, as well as maintain the good name of BPS by following the SOP for data collection and maintaining data quality by conducting in-depth probing of respondents.
