Supervision of Susenas 2025 Updates

Wednesday, February 5, the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) continues to carry out intensive supervision in the context of updating the 2025 Susenas data that is currently underway. This updating is an important part of ensuring that the social and economic data collected in the National Socio-Economic Survey (Susenas) remains relevant and accurate, and can be used for better development planning.

February 1 to February 6, 2025 is the implementation of the Susenas field, which begins with household updating activities in selected sample blocks. In this case, Field data collection officers (PCL) are accompanied by Field officers (PML) to trace door to door all households in the Sample block. Assistance provided by PML to PCL needs to be carried out, so that any obstacles encountered in the field can be discussed together, so that the results of the household update already describe the actual situation or according to conditions in the field.
