Kopi Conti: Delivery of First E-Aspiration Results!

One of the innovations promoted by the BPS Change Ambassador for Kuantan Singingi Regency, Arni Juwita Novisda, SST, for the 2025 activity year is E-Aspiration. This project aims to collect employee aspirations regarding internal organizational policies, improving facilities, etc. At the Kopi Conti activity (10/02/2025), the results of collecting employee aspirations regarding the organization during January were presented. These results were presented by the Person in Charge of E-Aspiration, Sabriella Hafifah, S.Tr.Stat. Some of the things conveyed were the need for additional toilet facilities, the appropriate use of BMN, and optimizing employee attendance.

Head of BPS BPS Kuantan Singingi Regency, Ir. Rozalinda, M.E, responded positively to conveying these aspirations. "We will accommodate the various aspirations that have been expressed and provide solutions by mutual agreement in accordance with certain considerations."
