Data Collection for the First Quarter 2025 Micro and Small Industry Survey Begins

The Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of Kuantan Singingi Regency is once again conducting the Micro and Small Industry (IMK) Survey for the First Quarter of 2025 in April 2025. This is a business-based survey carried out through direct data collection from selected samples of micro and small industries in the Kuantan Singingi Regency area.

The main objective of this survey is to gather information on the profile of micro and small industries in potential regions of Indonesia, including Kuantan Singingi. This information will serve as an important resource for macroeconomic planning.

The data collection period for the Quarterly IMK Survey will take place from April 9 to April 15, 2025. During its implementation, survey officers will collect data related to the types of products produced, as well as the value and volume of production for several IMK business products. In addition, officers will also record the production volume from the Fourth Quarter of 2024.

This Quarterly IMK Survey is expected to provide a more comprehensive overview of the condition and development of micro and small industries, thereby supporting more targeted policy-making.
