CAN Power UP Edition III 2025 Introduces BPS's New Organizational Culture

BPS Kuantan Singingi Regency has just participated in the CAN Power Up Edition III 2025 activity with the theme "Building a Great BPS with a Strong Organizational Culture" online on Tuesday, May 6, 2025. This activity discussed the sustainability of the AKHLAK culture in the BPS environment and introduced five new organizational cultures that must be instilled by all employees, namely: Be a Leader, Not a Boss, Non-Stop Innovation in Every Line, KKD (Communication, Coordination, and Diplomacy), Ensure Data Quality and Business Processes, and Hard Work and Smart Work. By presenting the Head of the HR Bureau, Dr. Eni Lestariningsih, S.Si, MA, as a resource person, this webinar is an important means of strengthening a more adaptive, collaborative, and results-oriented work culture in all BPS work units.
