The spirit of change continues to be instilled in the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Kuantan Singingi Regency. Through the Kopi Conti activity held on Wednesday, May 28, 2025, the ranks of BPS Kuansing were again encouraged to strengthen their joint commitment to building a clean, serving, and integrity-based work culture.

In this session, Arni Juwita Novisda, SST appeared as a speaker with a relevant and in-depth topic: "Implementation of Work Culture and Changes in Mindset in the BPS Kuantan Singingi Environment."

In her presentation, Arni Juwita Novisda, SST emphasized that work culture is not just a rule or slogan on the office wall, but must be part of the daily behavior of all employees. Changes in mindset and work culture (culture set) are the main keys in realizing the Integrity Zone (ZI) towards a Corruption-Free Area (WBK) and a Clean and Serving Bureaucratic Area (WBBM)
