Coaching Pilar ZI BPS Kuantan Singingi 2025

The ZI Development Team of BPS Kuantan Singingi held a coaching session with Mrs. Ir. Rozalinda, ME in preparation for the WBK assessment by KemenPAN RB on Wednesday, June 11, 2025, in the meeting room of the BPS Kuansing office. Session I started at 13:30 focusing on Pillar 1 Change Management, which consists of the pillar leader and 4 pillar members, followed by Session II at 14:30 on Pillar 2 Organizational Arrangement, which also consists of the pillar leader and 4 pillar members.

This coaching activity is conducted for all ZI pillars of BPS Kuansing (Pillar 1-6) and is held periodically. The aim of the coaching is to enhance the competencies of the employees regarding the ZI development of BPS Kuantan Singingi.
