Indicators of Human Development and Gender in Kuantan Singingi Regency 2023

Human development as a measure of overall development performance is formed through a three-dimensional basic approach, namely long and healthy life, knowledge, and a decent living. All indicators representing these three dimensions are summarized in one single value, namely the Human Development Index (HDI) number. Human development achievements in 2018-2023 show a significant increase. However, these achievements and progress still leave work and tasks that are not easy because there are still relatively high disparities in development achievements between regions. This publication presents disaggregated data and information about the development of human development in the health, education and economic sectors. It is hoped that the publication of this publication can become a reference in formulating policies and evaluating regional development programs with a gender perspective.
