Reconciliation of Regency/City GRDP Quarter II 2024

In an effort to produce quality data, the Riau Province BPS Balance Team held a Reconciliation of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) for the Second Quarter of 2024 which was attended by the BPS Balance Teams for Regency/City throughout Riau Province on Monday (19/08/2024). This activity was opened directly by the Head of the Riau Province BPS, Asep Riyadi S.Si., M.M. In his remarks, he said that in calculating GRDP, it is necessary to improve the quality of data sourced from internal and external sources. With various limitations, especially in the availability of data, innovation and creativity are needed in order to maintain data quality. Mr. Asep Riyadi also emphasized that calculating GRDP is not only a matter of mathematical calculations but must also have economic meaning.

This GRDP Reconciliation activity will last for 4 effective days, starting with an online meeting on 19-20 August 2024 and continuing with an offline meeting on 22-23 August 2024.
