National Santri Day is celebrated every October 22. In 2024 National Santri Day will carry the theme "Continuing the Fight, Embracing the Future". In line with the Jihad Resolution philosophy presented by KH. Hasyim Asyari, with this theme it is hoped that the fighting spirit in the students can continue to burn.

In his speech, the Minister of Religion, Nasaruddin Umar, hoped that students could continue to develop their gifts and talents as a form of jihad in this non-war era. “Students are not only strong physically and artistically, but also have extensive knowledge.
