Socialization and Development of Beautiful Village (Village Loves Statistics) Pasir Emas Village in 2025

The Socialization and Development of Beautiful Villages (Desa Cinta Statistik) in Pasir Emas Village, Singingi District, in 2025 was successfully held online via Zoom Meeting on April 29, 2025. This event began with remarks from the Head of BPS Kuantan Singingi Regency, Ir. Rozalinda, ME, who emphasized the importance of the role of villages as subjects of development and the spearhead of statistical data management. In her remarks, she also highlighted the importance of increasing data literacy at the village level to support the acceleration of development based on accurate and reliable data.

The Head of Pasir Emas Village, Mr. Maisopar also gave a speech by inviting all village officials and the community to fully support the Beautiful Village Program. He hopes that through this program, Pasir Emas Village will be able to become a pioneer in utilizing statistical data for more targeted development planning, while also improving the welfare of the village community as a whole.

The event was continued with the delivery of material by the speaker Arni Juwita Novisda, SST from BPS Kuantan Singingi Regency. Arni explained in detail the background, objectives, and expected outputs of the Beautiful Village Program 2025. She also emphasized that this program aims to form statistical agents at the village level, improve the statistical capabilities of village officials, and encourage the use of data in every development decision-making. With the enthusiasm of the participants, this activity is expected to be able to encourage Pasir Emas Village to become an independent village in managing quality statistical data.
