Briefing for the 2025 VPEK Transportation Support Services Survey

In order to fulfill transportation statistical data, especially in the warehousing, expedition, and courier sub-sectors, a survey is needed that specifically captures the profile of warehousing, expedition, and courier companies. Therefore, the Central BPS Distribution Team held a Briefing on the 2025 Transportation Support Services Survey (Warehousing, Expedition, and Courier) (VPEK-25) on May 6-7, 2025. This briefing activity was attended by BPS Regency/City participants throughout Indonesia via zoom meeting. The material presented was related to the general explanation of the 2025 VPEK Survey, methodology, use of CAPI VPEK 2025 and other materials related to the 2025 VPEK Survey. This survey is important to complete the need for transportation statistical data. The objectives of the 2025 Transportation Support Services Survey (Warehousing, Expedition, and Courier) are to obtain a directory of warehousing, expedition, and courier companies; to obtain and present data/information on the characteristics of warehousing, expedition, and courier companies; Obtain and present data/information on warehousing, expedition, and courier businesses based on production value, income, and expenses; Obtain and present data/information on economic prospects and capitalization of warehousing, expedition, and courier businesses.
