BPS Kuantan Singingi Holds 2025 SUPAS Training

Kuantan Singingi – The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Kuantan Singingi Regency held training for field officers from 2 to 4 June 2025 in preparation for the implementation of the 2025 Intercensal Population Survey (SUPAS). This activity took place as part of the national stages of SUPAS 2025 which was designed to capture the population conditions of Indonesia as a whole. The training was carried out in two modes, namely online and offline.

This training was attended by prospective Field Inspection Officers (PML) and Field Data Collection Officers (PPL) who will later be deployed to various Local Environmental Unit (SLS) areas in Kuantan Singingi. The training materials included understanding survey instruments, interview procedures, use of the FASIH application, and household updating and data collection procedures.

This training is very important to ensure that the quality of the data collected is accurate and accountable. SUPAS 2025 will be an important foundation in the preparation of national and regional development policies.

SUPAS 2025 is scheduled to begin field data collection in June to July 2025.
