Inflation Control Coordination Meeting: National Inflation Rate of 1.55%

The Kuantan Singingi Regency Central Statistics Agency attended the Inflation Control Coordination Meeting which was held online in the Multimedia Room of the Kuantan Singingi Regent's Office. The meeting was chaired directly by the Minister of Home Affairs (Mendagri), Tito Karnavian. Tito explained that Indonesia's inflation rate in November reached the lowest point in the national target range, namely 1.55%. "This figure is very good, considering that the national inflation target is between 1.5% and 3.5%. Month on month we have also succeeded in reducing inflation to 0.3%. "This achievement was appreciated by the President, but we still have to be vigilant so that inflation does not spike again, especially towards the end of the year and the period of religious holidays," added Tito. Coordinating Minister for Food Zulkifli Hasan also provided direction regarding efforts to accelerate food security through irrigation development. According to Zulkifli, improving agricultural infrastructure is very important to realize the target of food self-sufficiency by 2027.

The meeting also discussed Land Issues, the Acceleration of Preparation of Regional Spatial Planning (RTRW) and the Detailed Spatial Planning Plan (RDTR) of the Minister of ATR/BPN, Nusron Wahid. "Land Administration can later be integrated online with Regional Government, be it regional revenue systems or regional taxes as well as population systems with the aim of Single Land Management/Administration."
